Se que tal vez este no es el ?mbito ideal (porque esto es m?s bien
para operaciones) para discutir este tema que les voy a plantear, pero
de todas formas me gustar?a conocer su opini?n.

Sali? publicado en una revista peri?dica de la IEEE (Spectrum para los
que la conocen) un planteo de modificaci?n el protocolo TCP, que
pueden leer en la sigueinte URL:

Los invito (con tiempo) a que le den una le?da, sobre todo a los
amantes de lo acad?mico y a que saquen sus conclusiones, criticas
