Con el fin de facilitar a toda la comunidad de América Latina y Caribe 
información relevante para posibilitar transferencias IPv4, LACNIC 
presenta una sección con los contactos de aquellas organizaciones 
interesadas tanto en transferir como recibir recursos IPv4.

Este servicio está disponible a través del portal MI LACNIC 
<https://milacnic.lacnic.net/lacnic/login>y brinda la siguiente información:

  * la lista de aquellas organizaciones dispuestas a ofrecer bloques
    IPv4 (oferentes)
  * la lista de organizaciones que desean recibir bloques IPv4 (
    receptores)
  * la lista de organizaciones intermediarias entre organizaciones
    oferentes y receptores

Seeking to provide the Latin American and Caribbean community with 
relevant information that will simplify IPv4 transfers, LACNIC now 
offers a section with contact information for those organizations 
interested in either transferring or receiving IPv4 addresses.

This service is available on the MI LACNIC 
<https://milacnic.lacnic.net/lacnic/login?locale=en>portal and provides 
the following information:

  * A list of organizations willing to transfer IPv4 blocks (Offering
    Organizations)
  * A list of organizations wishing to receive IPv4 blocks (Receiving
    Organizations)
  * A list of organizations willing to serve as facilitators between
    Offering and Receiving organizations
