*LACNIC habilita las transferencias entre RIR*

El Registro de Direcciones de Internet de América Latina y el Caribe 
anuncia que queda activa la política sobre la habilitación de las 
transferencias de bloques IPv4 fuera de la región de LACNIC, sin 
necesidad de que haya un proceso de adquisición o fusión entre las 
compañías involucradas.

La puesta en práctica de esta política -ratificada el 20 de junio de 
2019- supuso un gran desafío tecnológico mediante la integración técnica 
de cerca de 11 sistemas diferentes con múltiples conexiones entre los 
Registros Regionales de Internet (RIRs).

Los interesados en ofrecer o recibir direcciones IPv4 de entidades de 
otros registros con políticas recíprocas (RIPE NCC, APNIC y ARIN) 
deberán cumplir con una serie de requisitos establecidos en el Manual de 
Políticas de LACNIC

O Registro de Endereçamento da Internet para a América Latina e o Caribe 
anuncia que a política sobre a habilitação das transferências de blocos 
IPv4 para fora da região do LACNIC está ativa, sem necessidade de um 
processo de aquisição ou fusão entre as companhias envolvidas.

A implementação desta política - ratificada em 20 de junho de 2019 - 
representou um grande desafio tecnológico mediante a integração técnica 
de cerca de 11 sistemas diferentes com múltiplas conexões entre os 
Registros Regionais da Internet (RIRs).

Os interessados ​​em oferecer ou receber endereços IPv4 de entidades de

*LACNIC Starts Processing Inter-RIR Transfers*

The Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean 
announces that the policy that allows IPv4 transfers outside the region 
without the need for a merger or acquisition among the companies 
involved is active as of today.

This policy was ratified on 20 June 2019, and its implementation 
represented a major technological challenge as it required the 
integration of approximately 11 different systems with multiple 
connections between the different Regional Internet Registries (RIRs).

Organizations interested in offering or receiving IPv4 addresses from 
the other registries with reciprocal policies (RIPE NCC, APNIC and ARIN) 
must meet a series of requirements as described in LACNIC's Policy
