  *LACNIC abre la convocatoria para participar de la novena edición del
  Reto IPv6*

LACNIC anuncia el llamado a interesados en participar de la novena 
edición del Reto IPv6 <https://www.lacnic.net/3109/1/lacnic/reto-ipv6>, 
desafío que busca fomentar el uso de este protocolo en América Latina y 
el Caribe. El Reto tuvo su génesis en el antiguo Foro Latinoamericano de 
IPv6 (hoy parte del Foro Técnico de LACNIC) y fue impulsado por Azael 
Fernández con el apoyo del área I+D de LACNIC.

El concurso es abierto a cualquier persona o institución de la región 
que desee comenzar y/o avanzar en su despliegue de IPv6 (países del área 
de cobertura de LACNIC

Los participantes tendrán que documentar el proceso de trabajo, y enviar 
actualizaciones de los avances realizados.

Las inscripciones estarán abiertas hasta el 15 de febrero, cuando

O LACNIC anuncia a chamada para interessados em participar da nona 
edição do Desafio IPv6 <https://www.lacnic.net/3109/1/lacnic/reto-ipv6>, 
desafio que busca promover o uso deste protocolo na América Latina e o 
Caribe. O Desafio teve sua gênese no antigo Fórum da América Latina do 
IPv6 (hoje parte do Fórum Técnico do LACNIC) e foi impulsionado por 
Azael Fernández com o apoio da área I+D do LACNIC.

O concurso é aberto a qualquer pessoa ou instituição da região que 
queira iniciar e/ou avançar na sua implementação do IPv6 (países da área 
de cobertura do LACNIC).

Os participantes terão que documentar o processo de trabalho, e enviar

  *Registration for the 9th Edition of the IPv6 Challenge Is Now Open*

LACNIC announces that registration to participate in the ninth edition 
of the IPv6 Challenge <https://www.lacnic.net/3109/1/lacnic/reto-ipv6>, 
a competition designed to promote the use of this protocol in Latin 
America and the Caribbean, is now open. The IPv6 Challenge originated in 
the former Latin American IPv6 Forum (currently part of the LACNIC 
Technical Forum) and was promoted by Azael Fernández with the support of 
LACNIC's R&D department.

The competition is open to any person or institution of the LACNIC 
service region who wishes to begin and/or advance their IPv6 deployment 
(click on the following link to see the list of countries in the LACNIC 
service region <https://www.lacnic.net/1004/2/lacnic/about-lacnic>).

Participants will have to document their work and submit updates on 
their progress.

Registration will remain open until 15 February, date on which the 
competition will begin.
