Innovación Digital en América Latina y el Caribe (FRIDA)
anunció hoy en la Casa de Internet de Latinoamérica y el
Caribe su tercera convocatoria de 2014</strong></small></small></small></h1>
<p> Se podrá postular en el llamado a "Subvenciones FRIDA 2014"
proyectos en una de estas dos modalidades básicas y excluyentes:
1) Proyectos de investigación; o 2) Proyectos de Desarrollo TIC.</p>
<p> A su vez cada proyecto deberá optar por una categoría temática
específica dentro de la modalidad elegida. Se podrán solicitar
hasta un máximo de USD 20.000 dólares americanos (veinte mil
dólares americanos) a ejecutarse en un plazo máximo de un año (12
meses) a partir de la fecha de firma del contrato que se realizará
entre los 15 días posteriores al anuncio público de ganadores.</p>
<p> La convocatoria estará abierta desde el 2 de junio al 31 de
julio de 2014 a las 20.00 UTC.<br>

<h1> <small><small><small><strong>FRIDA, the Regional Fund for
Digital Innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean,
announced the opening of its third 2014 call</strong></small></small></small></h1>
<p> To 2014 FRIDA Grants call, a project may be submitted under one
of the two following basic categories: 1) Research projects; or 2)
ICT development projects.</p>
<p> In turn, each project must choose one of the specific topics
listed within their selected category.</p>
<p> Each project may request a maximum of USD 20.000 (twenty
thousand US dollars), to be executed within a maximum of one year
(12 months) as from the date on which the corresponding contract
is signed, which will occur within 15 days after winners are
announced.</p>
<p> The call for proposals will be open from 2 June to 31 July 2014
at 20:00 UTC.</p>
