<p><b><em>La comunidad de Internet de la región se reunirá los
próximos 27 al 31 de octubre en el Hotel Crowne Plaza Santiago
- Chile para celebrar el evento LACNIC 22- LACNOG 2014. </em></b></p>
<p> Se trata de uno de los encuentros anuales más importantes de la
comunidad de Internet de América Latina y el Caribe que pretende
generar un espacio de intercambio de experiencias y analizar los
aspectos clave para el futuro de la Internet en la región y
global. En el marco de esta actividad, asistirán más de 400
profesionales, pertenecientes a las organizaciones líderes, así
como representantes de gobiernos, del sector académico y de la
sociedad civil.</p>
<p> Asimismo, el evento reunirá a LACNOG 2014, el encuentro del
Grupo de Operadores de Redes de Latinoamérica y el Caribe, un foro
de discusión, aprendizaje y colaboración en temas directamente
relacionados a operación de redes de Internet.

<p> <b><em>A comunidade regional da Internet vai se reunir de 27 a
31 de outubro próximos no Hotel Crowne Santiago, Chile para
celebrar o evento LACNIC 22- LACNOG 2014. </em></b></p>
<p> Trata-se de um dos encontros anuais mais importantes da
comunidade da Internet da América Latina e o Caribe que pretende
gerar um espaço de troca de experiências e analisar os aspectos
chave para o futuro da Internet na região e no mundo. No marco
dessa atividade, participarão mais de 400 profissionais,
pertencentes às organizações líderes bem como representantes de
governos, do setor acadêmico e da sociedade civil.</p>
<p> O evento reunirá a LACNOG 2014, o encontro do Grupo de
Operadores de Redes da América Latina e o Caribe, um fórum de
discussão, aprendizagem e colaboração em questões diretamente
relacionadas com a operação de redes da Internet. </p>

<p> <b><em>On 27-31 October, the regional Internet community will
meet in the Hotel Crowne Santiago, Chile for the LACNIC
22-LACNOG 2014 event.</em></b></p>
<p> This is one of the largest annual gatherings of the Latin
American and Caribbean Internet community which seeks to create a
forum where participants can share their experiences and discuss
key issues for the future of the Internet at regional and global
level. The meeting will be attended by more than 400 experienced
professionals from leading organizations as well as government,
academia, and civil society representatives.</p>
<p> The LACNIC 22 event will be held back-to-back with LACNOG 2014,
the meeting of the Latin American and Caribbean Network Operators
Group, a forum for discussing, learning and collaborating on
topics directly related to Internet network operation.<br>
