<p> El lunes 14 de marzo entró en vigencia la política LAC-2015-1
-ratificada por el Directorio de LACNIC el 14 de diciembre- que
permite las transferencias de bloques de direcciones IPv4 dentro
de la región de LACNIC sin necesidad de que haya un proceso de
adquisición o fusión entre las compañías involucradas.</p>
<p> Únicamente se habilita este tipo de transferencias cuando las
organizaciones interesadas en obtener recursos IPv4 justifiquen
sus necesidades de recursos, el tamaño del bloque a transferir sea
mayor o igual a un /24 y las entidades dispuestas a transferirlas
puedan demostrar adecuadamente la titularidad de esos bloques.</p>
<p> En todos los casos para que se realicen las transferencias deben
cumplirse todas las condiciones establecidas en el punto 2.3.2.18
del Manual de Políticas (ver

<p> Nesta segunda-feira 14 de março entrou em vigor a política
LAC-2015-1 -ratificada pela Diretoria de LACNIC em 14 de dezembro-
que permite as transferências de blocos de endereços IPv4 na
região de LACNIC sem necessidade de um processo de aquisição ou
fusão entre as companhias envolvidas.</p>
<p> Este tipo de transferências somente é habilitado quando as
organizações interessadas em obter recursos Ipv4 justifiquem suas
necessidades de recursos e o tamanho do bloco a transferir seja
maior ou igual a /24, e as organizações que queiram transferir
possam demonstrar de modo adequado, a titularidade desses blocos.</p>
<p> Em todos os casos, para que sejam feitas as transferências devem
ser atendidas todas as condições estabelecidas no ponto 2.3.2.18
do Manual de Políticas (confira

<h1> <small><strong>A new policy on intra-RIR transfers is now in
force</strong></small></h1>
<p> LAC-2015-1 came into force on Monday 14 March. Ratified by the
LACNIC Board on 14 December, this policy allows IPv4 address
block transfers within the LACNIC region without the need for a
merger or acquisition of the companies involved.</p>
<p> This type of transfer may only take place if the organization
interested in obtaining IPv4 addresses can justify the need for
such resources, if the size of the block to be transferred is
larger than or equal to /24, and if the organizations willing to
transfer the resources can adequately prove they are the holders
of those blocks.</p>
<p> In all cases, in order for a transfer to occur, all of the
conditions set out in section 2.3.2.18 of the Policy Manual must
be met (see <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.lacnic.net/web/lacnic/manual-2#2.3.2.18">http://www.lacnic.net/web/lacnic/manual-2#2.3.2.18</a>).</p>
