últimas semanas en LACNIC hemos estado trabajando en una
actualización de nuestra estructura de trabajo. Este cambio
impacta en diversas áreas, equipos y personas, y por eso creemos
importante que lo conozcan. </span></p>

1º de noviembre pondremos en marcha una nueva estructura
funcional que nos permitirá aprovechar mejor las distintas
capacidades de quienes integramos LACNIC. Con ella buscamos
fortalecer nuestro liderazgo técnico en la región, mejorar la
atención a nuestra comunidad - tan amplia y diversa - y seguir
avanzando en temas clave para nosotros, como la transparencia y
la seguridad de la información.</span></p>

weeks, LACNIC has been working on updating our organizational
structure. This change impacts several areas, teams, and
individuals, which is why we believe it's important to share it
with you. </span></p>

12.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify"><span lang="EN-US">Starting
1st November, we will implement a new functional structure
designed to better leverage the diverse capabilities of the
people who make up LACNIC. The goals of this reorganization are
to strengthen our technical leadership in the region, improve
the services we provide to our broad and diverse community, and
continue advancing key issues such as transparency and
information security.</span></p>
