[Bcop] Meeting in Santiago / Reunião em Santiago

Arturo,

No modelo que iremos apresentar no draft nessa semana as idéias de BCOPs
podem vir de qualquer pessoa, não obrigatoriamente de quem vai trabalhar
nos documentos. Cabe a quem propõe a BCOP achar os especialistas para
trabalhar no tópico. Existe um comitê gestor que auxilia nessa etapa.

No site do ISOC existem alguns tópicos propostos e já tem algo sobre DNS:
