[BCOP] BCOP document "Minimum security requirements for CPEs, acquisition" - LAST CALL before M3AAWG voting

Hello LAGNOG BCOP Community

Since the released of the Draft-04 of the BCOP document "Minimum
security requirements for CPEs acquisition" in October 2018, the
document has undergone a formal review processes by the M3AAWG Technical
Committee.

We have received a lot of feedbacks from the Technical Avisors both via
e-mail and during the M3AAWG face-to-face meeting in San Francisco last
February. We also received feedback from CableLabs.

After two rounds of comments/adjustments, we reached the Draft-06, that
we are considering *FINAL* and will be voted by the M3AAWG Board on next
Thursday, April 4th.

If approved, then comes the final edition work and we will have a
co-branded BCOP document.
