Asunto: Call for Public Input - Contribute Policy Questions for IGF2014:
Istambul
Hi,
Please consider this as suggested discussion questions, I think they´ll
work fine for the session
Policies Enabling Access, Growth and Development on the Internet
1. Remembering that access to information is a human right, how
can we go beyond basic access to ICTs and build capacity to make it
possible for people to find the information online they need for their
own development?
2. Considering the global nature of the Internet, how can we
ensure that policies regarding the creation, preservation and sharing of
online content don't stop at the border?
Thank you very much
