Nombres y Números del Internet</span><span style="font-family:Arial"> </span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD">(ICANN).</span>
<div dir="ltr"><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial"><br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial">La
comunidad de la Unidad Constitutiva de Usuarios No Comerciales</span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD"> (<a href="http://www.ncuc.org" target="_blank">NCUC</a>) organizará un pre-evento el día 20,
Sábado, 16:00-18:00 el la sala Águila del Hotel Sheraton. NCUC </span><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD">congrega a los individuos y organizaciones no
comerciales interesados en la promoción y la protección de las comunicaciones,
actividades e intereses no comerciales en el Internet.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD">La reunión será una oportunidad
para abrir un diálogo entre activistas del interés público que están activos dentro y fuera de la comunidad de ICANN. Muchas son las políticas en discusión en ICANN que impactan el interés
publico e los derechos humanos. Temas como la privacidad, la libertad de
expresión, el desarrollo serán discutidos, así como cuestiones actuales como la transición de las funciones
IANA e el proceso de revisión de la Cumbre Mundial de la Sociedad de la
Información. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial" lang="ES-TRAD">La <a href="http://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/sat-civil-society-ncuc" target="_blank">participación
remota</a> estará disponible. Así mismo, invitamos a todos que estarán en
Buenos Aires para ese momento de discusión, </span><span style="font-family:Arial">seguido de un momento de confraternización.</span></p>
