<p>Queremos compartir con uds que el pasado 14 de septiembre
lanzamos el <a
href="https://www.lacnic.net/4882/1/lacnic/programa-de-mentoreo"
target="_blank" moz-do-not-send="true">Programa de Mentoreo
de IT Women</a>. </p>
<p>El programa busca impulsar una nueva generación de mujeres
técnicas que se acerquen a la comunidad de LACNIC.
Puntualmente, elegiremos 6 colegas interesadas en producir un
trabajo técnico que recibirán el acompañamiento de un mentor,
capacitaciones técnicas y en habilidades blandas, y la
oportunidad de presentar su trabajo como charla relámpago en
un evento de LACNIC.</p>
<p>El período para postular vence el día 14 de octubre a las
23:59 (horario UTC-3). <br>

Women Mentoring Program</span></a><span lang="EN-US">.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-US">The program seeks to bring closer to the
LACNIC community a new generation of female technical
professionals. We will select 6 women interested in
producing a technical paper; each will receive the support
of a mentor, access to technical and soft-skills trainings,
and the opportunity to present their work as a lightening
talk at a LACNIC event.</span></p>
