***Seed Alliance desde el Stockholm Internet Forum 2013*

Estocolmo, 23 de mayo de 2013.

Seed Alliance participó en el segundo Stockholm Internet Forum (SIF) 
organizado por *El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Suecia* 
<http://www.government.se/sb/d/2059>.SE (The Internet Infrastructure 
Foundation) <https://www.iis.se/english/>y La Agencia Sueca de 
Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (Sida) 
<http://www.sida.se/English/>_._

*El SIF tuvo por objetivo profundizar el debate sobre cómo la Libertad y 
la Apertura de Internet pueden ayudar a promover el Desarrollo económico 
y social, el respeto por los Derechos Humanos, la Innovación y 
Desarrollo Global. Asistieron al Foro tomadores de decisiones, 
representantes de la sociedad civil, activistas, representantes de 
empresas y de la comunidad técnica y representantes de organismos 
internacionales. Al Foro asistieron 450 participantes de 92 países.*

The Seed Alliance participated in the second Stockholm Internet Forum 
(SIF) organized by *the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs*

International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida)

*The SIF was a conference that aimed to deep the discussions on how 
freedom and openness on the Internet promote economic and social 
development worldwide, *freedom and openness, respect for human rights, 
innovation and global development, through a program structured with an 
opening session followed by two main sessions*. Putting *together 
policymakers, civil society representatives, activists, business 
representatives and technical community representatives and members of 
international organizations. The conference was attended by 450 
participants from 92 countries around the world.
