Dear Association for Progressive Communication (APC),

We are excited to announce that nominations are now open for the

Organized by ITU, UN Women and our partners, the EQUALS in Tech Awards
are a global platform to advance innovative strategies using
information and communication technologies (ICTs) to empower women and
to achieve gender equality in the technology sector. This year’s
EQUALS in Tech Awards will be held at the Internet Governance Forum in
Geneva, Switzerland in December 2017.

You can nominate a deserving organization, individual or policy maker
in any of the following categories:

1. ACCESS: Develop Gender Responsive ICT Governance, Policy and Access

2. SKILLS: Advance STEM Education and Digital Skills Training
for Women and Girls

3. LEADERSHIP: Promote Women in the Technology Sector

The online nomination form can be found here.

Nominations must be received by September 15, 2017.

Please feel free to share this call for nominations within your
