Dear colleagues,

Please find attached ARTICLE 19’s call for applications to the Internet of
Rights Fellowship for the 2018 cycle.

This year’s program includes a track on the DNS, in which fellows would
carry out research, policy engagement, and the drafting of topical white
papers to further strengthen human rights considerations in ICANN. Other
tracks focus on access and algorithmic decision-making.

NCSG members are encouraged to apply and circulate this call within their
networks. Any questions should be directed to fellowship at article19.org, and
the deadline for applications is Friday, February 23.
