[It-women] anedocte on choosing board members

Hi

We have been laughing on twitter w/ some folks about a WSIS session on
gender that brought this anecdote about choosing board members. I
thought this is a good time to share it since board choices for the
future is so much on everyone's minds

#WSIS2018 fantastic story: Male board members asked to examine CV of
new colleagues were presented w/ their own CV disguised as if they
were female candidates. They disapproved candidates saying "they don't
seem good, they are not ready yet". Morale of the story: They would
fail themselves if they were women!
