Estimadas,

¿Cómo están? Espero que cerrando muy bien el año. Escribo para 
invitarlas muy especialmente a participar del webinar de IT Women de 
2021. El webinar se titula *"Herramientas de innovación aplicadas a la 
vida".*

Allí se presentarán metodologías utilizadas en el ámbito de la 
innovación tecnológica, abordando su aplicación tanto a la vida personal 
como profesional. Se presentará el concepto de innovación de forma 
holística, y una introducción a la metodología de Design Thinking junto 
a un ejercicio práctico individual, y de intercambio entre los 
participantes.

Se abordarán los siguientes temas y preguntas:

¿Qué es la innovacióny por qué es importante?
Design Thinking como metodología para hacer posible la innovación. 
Ejemplos inspiradores.
¿Podemos "diseñar" nuestra vida? Design Thinking aplicado a la vida.
¿Cómo podemos construir un prototipo de algo que queremos para nuestra vida?
¿Cómo testear nuestro prototipo con otras personas? Aplicación práctica 
individual y en equipos.

El webinar tendrá lugar el *jueves 2 de diciembre a las 15:00 hs (UTC-3, 
horario de Uruguay)* y contará con interpretación simultanea al PT y EN.

Dear all,

I hope this email finds you all well. I am reaching out to especially 
invite you to participate in the last IT Women Webinar for 2020. The 
webinar is entitled: *"Applying Tools for Innovation to Our Daily Lives".*

This webinar will present methodologies used in technological innovation 
along with their application at both the personal and the professional 
level. A holistic concept of innovation will be presented, as well as an 
introduction to the Design Thinking methodology. Participants will also 
have the chance to complete an individual hands-on exercise and a space 
will be provided for them to share their experiences.

The topics and questions to be addressed include the following:

What is innovation and why is it important?
Design Thinking as a methodology to enable innovation. Inspirational 
examples.
Is it possible to “design” our lives? How to apply Design Thinking to 
our lives.
How to build a prototype of something we want for our lives.
How to test our prototype with others. Hands-on individual and team 
practice.

The webinar will take place on *Thursday December 2 at 15:00 UTC-3 
(Uruguay time) *and will have simultaneous interpretation to EN and PT.
