<p>Estimadas, <br>

<p>Estamos ya entrando en la recta final para LACNIC 27. En la
ultima reunión realizamos un brainstorming para definir la agenda
de la sesión IT-Women.</p>
<p>Surgieron muy buenas ideas, aun así debemos tener en cuenta el
tiempo y presupuesto disponible por lo cual proponemos lo
siguiente:</p>
<p><b>1</b>. Por un lado avanzar con la propuesta de Maria Julia
para coordinar un panel de discusión sobre la inclusión de las
mujeres en todos los ámbitos, educativo, en campos de las
tecnologías etc.<br>
</p>
<p>Debemos apuntar a un panel diverso que pueda aportar
perspectivas, experiencias personales o información de interés
para atraer la mayor cantidad de participantes. <br>
<br>
Podemos llamarlo <b>"Diversidad e Inclusión en TI - Panel de
discusión"<br>
<br>
</b>Si están de acuerdo el próximo paso seria revisar la lista de
registrados al evento y conformar el panel:

<p><b>2</b>. En segundo lugar destinar una hr de nuestro tiempo en
el evento para reunirnos en una sala mas pequeña para una reunión
cerrada con fines operativos:<br>

<p>Proponer nuevas ideas, feedback sobre los webinars y aprovechar
esta instancia para reunirnos de forma presencial. <br>

We are getting closer to LACNIC 27. On our last webinar we had a
brainstorming session to come up with ideas for the IT-women
session. <br>
<br>
There were plenty of good ideas but we have to keep in mind time and
budget. Our proposal is to move forward with the following:<br>
<br>
1. Maria Julia's idea on a discussion panel on women's inclusion.
This could be very interesting to all participants specially if we
are able to put together a diverse panel. <br>
<br>
We can call it: <b>Diversity and Inclusion in IT - Panel
discussion. </b><b><br>
<br>
</b>If<b> </b>we all agree on this, then the next step would be to
take a look at the attendees list and start<b> </b>thinking who
would we like to hear on this panel.<b><br>

2. </b>On the<b> </b>other hand taking 1 hr to meet in a smaller
room for a closed meeting with all it-women members for a work
session, presenting new ideas, feedback about the webinars etc. <br>
