<p>¿Cómo están? Tenemos la alegría de compartir con uds que este
lunes 14 de septiembre lanzamos el <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.lacnic.net/4882/1/lacnic/programa-de-mentoreo">Programa
de Mentoreo de IT Women</a>. <br>
</p>
<p>El programa busca impulsar una nueva generación de mujeres
técnicas que se acerquen a la comunidad de LACNIC. Puntualmente,
elegiremos 6 colegas interesadas en producir un trabajo técnico
que recibirán el acompañamiento de un mentor, capacitaciones
técnicas y en habilidades blandas, y la oportunidad de presentar
su trabajo como charla relámpago en un evento de LACNIC.</p>
<p>Quisiéramos pedirles su ayuda difundiendo esta oportunidad en sus

<p>Dear all,</p>
<p>I hope this email finds you well. We are excited to share with
you that this past Monday September 14, LACNIC launched the <a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.lacnic.net/4883/2/lacnic/mentoring-program">IT
Women Mentoring Program</a>.</p>
<p>The program seeks to bring closer to the LACNIC community a new
generation of female technical professionals. We will select 6
women interested in producing a technical paper; each will receive
the support of a mentor, access to technical and soft-skills
trainings, and the opportunity to present their work has a
lightening talk at a LACNIC event.</p>
<p>We would like to ask for your support spreading the word among
