LACNIC creó una lista que tiene nucleados a los participantes de 
#lacigf5 pero cuyo objetivo es el intercambio libre y abierto entre 
personas interesadas sobre asuntos vinculados a este evento, sus futuras 
ediciones, o temas vinculados a la Gobernanza de Internet en General.

No hay moderación y la administración que ejerzo solamente consiste en 
agregar nuevas personas o facilitar el funcionamiento.

LACNIC has created a list that includes all the participants in #lacigf5 
but with the only goal of free and open interaction between people that 
are interested in matters related to this event, future editions of 
LACIGF, and other Internet Governance matters.

There is no moderation, so my administration of this list only deals 
with facilitating and including new members.
