[Lacigf] Bad signs? IGF inside Bakutel??

These are my concerns, despite being a subtle detail, the latent message is clear and this structure are associated with the current proposal in the WCIT to incorporate the concept of ICTs in telecommunications.

Are the subtleties of the message that bother marketers like me.
