is being jointly hosted by the Caribbean Telecommunications Union and the

Government of St Lucia.</span></p>

meetings place heavy emphasis on building Caribbean technical capacity by

providing targeted training facilitated by industry experts. At the same time

these gatherings afford </span></p><p style="line-height:12.0pt"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black">participants a unique forum for </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; ">exchanging ideas, sharing experiences and building the

relationships so essential to creating a truly regional technical community.</span></p>

build on the content of the inaugural meeting and offer a more in-depth

treatment of Routing, LINUX and VoIP.  </span></p>
