With heavy losses I think in the US. Changing the route to Globalcrossing (AS3549)->Telefonica->Antel changed it. The routes we see here are only the ones to Tinet and Telefonica (while most more-specifics are seen on the Telefonica path).<br>

I will setup some smokepings and keep an eye. If I see something again, I will save some MTRs Europe->Montevideo back-and-forth and send them for<br>

Todo indicaría que esta entre USA y Europa no?<br>
