      son los únicos dentro de los primeros 25 sitios mas vistos por los
      peruanos.<br>
      Si tienen IPv6 o no es el siguiente paso a dilucidar...<br>

      He pedido que se haga un traceroute para identificar si están
      localizados (a nivel infraestructura de red)<br>
      dentro de territorio nacional.<br>

      Pero, aunque estuvieran... digamos que esto no nos ayuda a
      dilucidar si en el Perú tenemos<br>
      VEINTE MIL o DOSCIENTOS MIL usuarios finales con IPv6 instalado y
      operativo.<br>

      No, no necesariamente son extranjeros. Si te fijas, en todos hay
      sitios locales, pero también hay 'extranjeros' o globales, mas
      bien. De hecho, habria que ver como se define un 'sitio web
      extranjero'. ¿Por el TLD? ¿Por la IP de donde esta alojado? ¿Por
      la nacionalidad de los administradores? ¿Por el publico objetivo?

      Igual estoy de acuerdo con que, asi como esta, no es una buena
      medida. De hecho, al incluir YouTube y Facebook se inflan hacia
      arriba los numeros.<br>

          Cisco dice claramente de donde saca esa información: Son los
          Alexa Top 500 para ese country code.<br>

          El problema que hay con eso es que seguramente incluyen a
