No, no necesariamente son extranjeros. Si te fijas, en todos hay
sitios locales, pero también hay 'extranjeros' o globales, mas bien.
De hecho, habria que ver como se define un 'sitio web extranjero'.
¿Por el TLD? ¿Por la IP de donde esta alojado? ¿Por la nacionalidad
de los administradores? ¿Por el publico objetivo? <br>

Igual estoy de acuerdo con que, asi como esta, no es una buena
medida. De hecho, al incluir YouTube y Facebook se inflan hacia
arriba los numeros.<br>

Cisco dice claramente de donde saca esa información: Son los
Alexa Top 500 para ese country code.<br>

El problema que hay con eso es que seguramente incluyen a
Facebook, Google y Youtube, cosa que creo que no es realista.<br>
