Si es un activo de las empresas entonces es un bien de ellas?, un juez puede embargar un IP?</div><div><br></div><div>Hay antecedentes ya en ARIN de acciones judiciales contra los números IP (para embargarlos).</div><div><br></div><div>Personalmente creo que son bienes, con lo cual vender / alquilar / prestar / heredar / negociar con números IP esta dentro de las libertades del propietario del numero IP, salvo que se demuestre que no es propietario del IP y solamente es un mero poseedor (un alquilante) siendo que alguien mas seria el dueño… y entonces si son bienes y le pertenecen a alguien..</div><div><br></div><div>Entonces, no pudiéramos hablar de mercado negro, porque eso seria un mercado fuera de la ley de bienes, estamos hablando de un mercado secundario de números IP.</div><div><br></div><div>Erick</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><div><div>El 11/06/2014, a las 08:14, Carlos M.
