Tienen un problema grave con el cliente de la IP 189.212.3.119. Este problema se esta repitiendo desde mediados de diciembre, de forma muy reincidente en cientos de cuentas de correo.<br>

Parece que el cliente de Axtel es Mezcaleads.<br>
<br>
Anteriormente tuvimos los mismos problemas, con los mismos delincuentes, en el año 2011 y 2016.<br>
<br>
Los contactos de whois (Cesar Popocatl Romero Bernal y Jose German Segura Cabrero), y otros contactos que ya teníamos porque como indico, este abuso se repite (creemos que por parte del mismo cliente de Axtel), NO RESPONDEN.<br>
<br>
Afortunadamente con la nueva legislación que protege mucho mejor a los ciudadanos/residentes Europeos, la cosa se pondrá bien fea para ellos, y esta mañana hemos iniciado diligencias judiciales y en las Agencias de Protección de Datos.<br>
