FWIW, I do host content of one sort of another (yes, not that I run<br>
popular sites), and I don't think I have a social responsibility as such.<br>

Similarly, I don't think it is the duty of people hosting content that<br>
giving answers to society, or figuring out what's in the society's best<br>
interests.<br>

In fact, when looking at whom "society" elect as leaders, I have not<br>
much of an option to believe that society does not care about their own<br>
interests.<br>
<br>
Rant aside, unless there is a requirements stipulated by law, the rest<br>
are just philosophical arguments about which there are no facts. -- just<br>
perceptions of "what's the interest of society", "what society<br>
deserves", etc.<br>
