The risk continued up the chain to the authority and a contract was required to protect ARIN. If an assignee issues a faulty or bogus ROA, is the resource certificate owner liable?<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I’m not a lawyer.
