<div class="">Me da gusto comunicarles que acabamos de abrir el llamado a postulaciones para el programa MANRS Fellows 2022. En este caso, los fellows no tienen el requisito de estar afiliados a una organización participante de MANRS. Sin embargo, es importante
tener en cuenta el requisito de disponibilidad de tiempo, ya que existe una compensación por formar parte del programa y cumplir con los entregables del mismo.<br class="">

Para más contexto, los MANRS Fellows trabajan con la comunidad y el staff de MANRS para fortalecer la seguridad del sistema de enrutamiento de Internet. Existen tres categorías: capacitación, investigación y análisis de políticas.<br class="">
- En el caso del track de capacitación, las personas participantes llevan a cabo talleres y tutoriales con las diversas comunidades técnicas que lo requieran.<br class="">
- Para el track de investigación, el equipo de MANRS está sugiriendo tres temas de enfoque, con la oportunidad de que las personas que postulan puedan sugerir temas adicionales siempre y cuando estén debidamente justificados.<br class="">
- En la parte de análisis de políticas, las personas participantes promoverán las acciones y programas de MANRS con tomadores de decisiones y con la comunidad de múltiples partes interesadas de los IGF locales o regionales.<br class="">

I'm happy to inform you that we have just opened the 2022 MANRS Fellows Call for Applications. In this case, the fellows don't have the requirement to be affiliated with a MANRS participating organization. However, it's important to take into account the time
availability requirement, as there's a compensation for being part of the program and meeting the program deliverables.<br class="">
<br class="">
For additional context, MANRS Fellows work with the MANRS community and staff to strengthen the security of the Internet's routing system. There are three categories: training, research and policy.<br class="">
- In the case of the training track, participants will carry out workshops and tutorials with the various technical communities that require it.<br class="">
- For the research track, the MANRS team is suggesting three research topics, with the opportunity for applicants to suggest additional topics as long as they are duly justified.<br class="">
- Regarding the policy track, participants will promote MANRS actions and programs with decision-makers and with the multi-stakeholder community of local or regional IGFs.<br class="">
