[LAC-TF] Siglas y Nombre

Buen Dia.

Me parece un primer buen punto a decidir y discutir sobre las Siglas y
Nombre del Grupo:

1.- Siglas:

FTIPv6LAC  vs. LACIPv6TF

En mi opinion, como menciona Jordi, la segunda parece mas adecuada a nivel
Internacional.

2.- Nombre Completo:

"Fuerza de Trabajo en IPv6 para America Latina y el Caribe"
vs.
"IPv6 Task Force de Latino America y Caribe"

Me parece que debemos decidir si se traduce todo o solo una parte,
considero importante la version en Castellano, pero todo traducido.
