[LAC-TF] IPv6 nativo habilitado en CLARA

Hola a todos,

Hoy se ha confirmado que la actualizacion de CLARA para disponer de soporte
de IPv6 nativo que estaba prevista para ayer, se realizo y esta funcionando.

En los proximos dias se podran empezar a conectar las NRENs.
