[LAC-TF] Prefijos Peru

Si eres un ISP, directamente a LACNIC, con el formulario de su pagina web.
Ahí estan tambien los requisitos, etc. No hay un numero limitado de
prefijos, tanto como se vaya pidiendo.

Si eres una gran empresa o universidad que tienes un NOC de red, o algo
similar, dando servicio a varios "clientes" de tu organización, seria el
mismo caso.

Si eres una pequeña o mediana empresa, o usuario final, a traves de tu ISP.

Si este no ofrece servicio, basta con decirnos quien es y lo ayudamos a
ponerse en marcha.

Si aun asi no lo conseguimos (miedo, desconocimiento, etc.), siempre puedes
usar un tunnel broker tal como http://www.ipv6tf.org (seccion 3).
