Ese cuestionario sera enviado en breve a todos los tlds en primera
instancia, luego veremos si lo hacemos extensivo a demas destinatarios.
Por el momento solo lo habiamos pensado para los tlds. 

Podriamos hacer otro para las demas organizaciones que esten o tengan
planeado implementar IPv6.
