[LAC-TF] Survey ccTLDs in Latin American Region

Dear Friends,

I am issuing the review of the survey that we did last year. I write it
in English in order to allows us all to be able to read it allow people
extra region to take a lot of it.

The good news is that several ccTLD are already accepting registration
of AAAA records and several will be doing it during 2006.

A Spanish version will be available soon, please take a look and
feedback with any comment.
