Amigos,

Primeramente feliz ano para todos ustedes.

Perdonen no haberlos tenido actualizados con la encuesta. He tenido varios problemas con los contactos que estan en la lista de IANA, algo tipico para informacion de Whois...

En estos dos meses he enviado tres correos a la lista de contactos disponibles. Luego, gracias a la ayuda de Oscar Robles, contactamos personalemente a varios administradores del ccTLD.

Estoy adjuntando a este correo la lista de paises que no contestaron aun. Aunque para el reporte voy a tomar informacion desde otros medios (archivo raiz, busquedas DNS), creo que el simple hecho de ser consultados sobre una estrategia hace que deban pensar sobre una....

Quizas algunos de ustedes conocen personalmente a algunos de los administradores y por tanto pueden pedirles que se contacten directamente conmigo.

First of all happy new year!

Sorry for not keeping you very updated about the survey, it has been going along with several difficulties that we are used to when dealing with contact information coming from the IANA.

I sent three emails to the contact information on the IANA webpage, then Oscar Robles kindly offered to help me contacting more people.

I am attaching the list of countries that I did not get any response. I will take information for my report from other sources but I believe that the only fact that the ccTLDs needs to answer about their strategies make they think if they do have one at all...

Maybe some of you know someone on the ccTLDs organization and ask them if they can contact me.
