[LAC-TF] Sobre LACNIC IX via CLARA

Hola Daniel,

Seguro que tendremos en marcha streaming, pero ademas, esta semana estoy
trabajando en unas pruebas de la plataforma con ConferenceXP y si todo va
bien, intentare ponerlo en marcha con Pablo.

La conexión a CLARA tambien esta contemplada, pero no tengo todas las
respuestas acerca de si la red de Guatemala estara conectada a tiempo.
