Hola Marcelo,

Es relativamente sencillo. En la web de LACNIC tienes el formulario de
solicitud. No puedo acceder a web ahora mismo y no te puedo dar la URL
concreta, pero seguro que lo puedes encontrar rapidamente.

Si me describes tu red, numero de usuarios, crecimiento previsto, etc.,
podemos pensar en un plan de direccionamiento. Si prefieres hacerlo en
privado en lugar de en la lista, no tengas ninguna duda en enviarme un
correo con todos los detalles.
