En vista del mensaje de Jordi y deseando saber cuantos prefijos estaban 
asignados a Peru , encontre en Google el sgte mensaje de LACNIC que habla 
sobre el New stats file format :

Alli mencionan el sgte link hacia el ftp de LACNIC

ftp://ftp.lacnic.net/pub/stats/lacnic/delegated-lacnic-latest

Donde se almacena y actualiza de formas diaria todas las estadisticas de 
asignacion de recursos de Internet ( IPv4,IPv6 y ASN) para la region.

Haciendo uso del WHOIS de LACNIC , para saber quienes solitaron estos 
prefijos , tenemos que para Peru existen a la fecha 6 prefijos IPv6 :

Espero que les sirva esta informacion  como estadistica y para el que lo
