[LAC-TF] FW: [apnic-talk] [Apnic-announce] IPv6 Deployment Panel at ICANN, Lisbon

Bueno, como era de esperar, la recomendación del SSAC es positiva para que
ICANN y IANA promuevan la puesta en marcha de IPv6 en los root servers/hints
file y todas las demas acciones asociadas.
