Como parte de la campaña de LACNIC para la promoción de IPv6 en 
Latinoamérica y Caribe, el próximo miércoles 12 de septiembre se 
realizará en Santiago de Chile la Conferencia "IPv6 en Chile: El momento 
de actuar ha llegado". El evento es organizado en conjunto con NIC Chile 
y cuenta con el patrocinio de Subtel, Consejo Nacional de Nombres de 
Dominio y Numeros IP y Grupo GTD.


El evento tiene la misión de divulgar el conocimiento sobre el Nuevo 
Protocolo de Internet (IPv6), exponer el estado de las políticas 
públicas en la distribución de servicios de Internet y promover la 
adopción del  nuevo protocolo de direcciones de internet IPv6 en Chile.


Lugar del evento: Auditorio Andrés Antonio de Gorbea, Beauchef 850, 
Santiago de Chile.

Dear All

As part of the LACNIC campaign for the IPv6 promotion in Latin America 
and Caribbean, the Conference: "IPv6 in Chile. Time to act"  will be 
held next Wednesday, September 12 in Santiago de Chile.
The event is jointly organized by NIC Chile and sponsored by Subtel, 
National Council of Domain Names and IP Numbers and  GTD Group.


The mission of the event is to spread the knowledge about the New 
Internet Protocol  (IPv6), expose the state of the public policy in the 
Internet services distribution, and promote the adoption of the new 
protocol of IPv6 Internet adresses in Chile.
