Jorge Villa (CU) proposed visiting a How-To designed by RIPE to help
understand and structure the process of the IPv6 transition in small
businesses, companies, ISPs, the government sector.
After receiving the opinion of several members of the list (among them:
Rosa Yamile García Núñez (Cu), Antonio Medina (CO), César Olvera (ES),
Oscar Torres (PA)), regarding the usefulness of the information and
their requests for the corresponding links, Jorge Villa added that, in
his opinion, the most important part of this work is that it helps
understand the problem itself, because, although there are many
technical issues involved, the problem is not only technical but also
involves numerous political, business, development, and economic decisions.
