The biggest thing from my point of view, and related to this list,
is that the Advanced IP services software image has been
eliminated and the IPv6 features it supported have been
moved to IP services and IP base software images.  With
OSPFv3, EIGRPv6 and HSRPv6 in IP services, and IPv6
ACLs, DHCPv6 (server, client, and relay), IPv6 RIP, and IPv6
static routes all supported in IP base.

This is similar to the changes made in 12.2(33)SXI for Cisco
6500s about 3 months ago.

With IPv6 ACLS in IP base you can now implement a IPv6
ACL on L2 Ingress ports, filtering for rouge IPv6 Router
Advertisements, rouge DHCPv6 servers, etc... using only IP
base software.
