Hola Jorge Andres,

No existe tal migracion (es incorrecto usar este termino en este ambito), ya
que el objetivo es NO romper nada. Se habla de transicion y coexistencia.

De todos modos, podrias ser mas explicito con tu pregunta, quizas algun
ejemplo ? Puede que no haya una unica forma de resolverlo y dependa de
servicios concretos.
