[LAC-TF] Proveedores con IPv6 nativo

Es extraño, porque en Argentina Telefonica si que ha conectado a otros
clientes con IPv6. Te diria que insistas y pidas escalarlo.

Tambien tienes en Argenitina a Telecom Italia y Global Crossing, pero
estoy seguro que hay algun otro mas.
