Subject: Firefox Plugin: IPvFox
I ran across a plugin I haven't seen for Firefox: IPvFox
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ipvfox/
About this Add-on
IPvFox provides a panel listing the hosts from which the current page
and its resources were loaded. The icon indicates whether the loads
occurred over IPv4 or IPv6.
Unlike related extensions ShowIP and SixOrNot, this shows the actual
remote addresses for each connection, rather than a DNS lookup on the
page's domain name.
This is essentially a Firefox version of Chrome's IPvFoo, which supplied
both the idea and icons.
It seems to work better than ShowIP, but that's about all I can say so
far.
Just in time for the big day....
Phil
