[LAC-TF] IPv6 news - weekly summary

	Un poco básico (y hasta diria malo) el artículo.

	Dejó fuera todas las de ND, RA, fragmentación, DAD, etc. y se centró en
las aplicaciones que no han hecho su tarea (sistemas de logging).

	De las cosas rescatables está el sistema de reputación que
efectivamente esta en pañales y que v6 está habilitado por default (pero
no explica mucho) pero aun asi no aporta mucho.

	Y ni que decir del NAT que puso como ejemplo, en mi opinión el problema
es con IPv4, no con IPv6.
