[LAC-TF] Comcast to IPv6-enable commercial broadband service

Por un lado felicitaciones a Alejandro :-) Por otro, cuanto trabajo
tenemos que hacer con los comunicadores para que dejen de escribir cosas
como 'dominios IPv4'
