[LAC-TF] GlobalSign Is First Certificate Authority To Support IPv6

Excelente iniciativa!

Esperemos que a mediano plazo los demás CA sigan el ejemplo y adopten IPv6 en sus plataformas, de no hacerlo asi, ya sabemos donde deberíamos comprar nuestros certificados.
